1 tsp grated fresh turmeric or ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp sea salt
4 cracked cardamom pods
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
In a shallow dish, add the couscous and cover with dried fruits, garlic, turmeric, and salt.
Bring the stock to a boil. Immediately pour the hot stock over the couscous. Stir briefly to assist the liquid in contacting all dry grains of couscous.
Cover tightly and let sit for 10 minutes.
Remove lid/cover, fluff with a fork or your fingers to break up any clumps, and top with chopped fresh parsley to serve.
