FAQ
NUTRITION QUESTIONS
All of our products are gluten free. However, they are not certified gluten free.
What does this mean?
This means that we have not yet gone through the official process of being federally certified gluten free but we are confident that with the combination of low risk ingredients and appropriate manufacturing practices, all Montana Mex products are naturally free of gluten.
So here is the down low - none of our products are made in certified nut-free facilities, but they are naturally free from nuts because we don't add any. All of our ingredients are considered low-risk for the FDA's Top 8 allergens, including nuts.
However, it is important to clearly state that the facilities are not certified 'nut free'. Please be aware of this when making your food choices.

Some of our products are, indeed, sugar-free. There is no sugar in our Jalapeño Seasoning, Chile Seasoning, or our Avocado Oil.
There is some organic sugar in our other products which you can see on the product's nutritional label.
Yes! If you are following a vegan-friendly diet you can enjoy our products!
Our products do not contain GMOs. We are still going through the official certification with our seasonings but our Avocado Oil, Ketchup, BBQ Sauce and Habanero Sauce are all officially ‘NON-GMO Verified’!
