Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- ½ cup dates, chopped
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- Pinch cinnamon bark
- 2 tsp Montana Mex Sweet seasoning
Method
- Place cashews, apricots, dates, coconut, cinnamon and Montana Mex sweet seasoning in food processor.
- Pulse until mixed well.
- Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut and Montana Mex Sweet Seasoning.
- Enjoy!
