In this spring session, we’ll dive into the art of making your own gnocchi from scratch! We love these pillowy little dumplings for their versatility. Make a big batch, enjoy some now, and freeze the rest for easy, quick, delicious dinners in the future.
We’ll make a traditional potato-based dough, discussing various ways to experiment with ingredients and flavor. We’ll play with methods for shaping the dumplings before we boil them off and dive into sauce-making. During this workshop, we’ll make several components and bring them together in a bright, herby, goat cheese sauce for our gnocchi, but we’ll be sure to include nods to some of our other favorite dressings for these delightful dumplings.
