The reseller is responsible for shipping costs due in accordance with reseller payment terms.

Shipping Method and Product Damage

Montana Mex takes pride in its product and, through rigorous testing, we have determined that the best method of shipping is on a pallet and recommend this shipping method when placing an order. We stand behind this method and if it is to arrive damaged, we are happy to replace damaged product(s). Please submit all claims, including photos of the damage, to operations@montanamex.com.

Product Returns and Chargebacks

Resellers are responsible for all orders submitted to Montana Mex. Chargebacks may not be submitted. Undamaged and/or unsold products are not eligible for return or credit.
