In this spring session, we’ll take on crepes - those delicate, delectable French pancakes. We’ll make two variations of crepe batter, one for sweet crepes and the other for savory. We’ll create Salsa Matcha and Creme Fraise from scratch while we play with several different sweet and savory filling options.
