Montana Mex Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1. Entrants: Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees of Montana Mex and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Automatic Entry: Customers who purchase the Hungry Life Live Series | Tamalada Session before 11:59 PM MST on November 27, 2024, receive one entry. Limit one entry per customer.

Giveaway Details

1. Prize(s): Prizes are listed on the Montana Mex website. Montana Mex reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
2. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly on or about Monday, December 6, 2024, from all eligible entries and notified by email or phone within 7 days.
3. Claiming Prizes: Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary: To enter without purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, phone, and email to P.O. Box 11255 Bozeman, MT  59719. Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 27th, 2024 and received by Wednesday December 4th, 2024.
2. Publicity: By entering, participants allow Montana Mex to use their name and likeness in promotional materials as permitted by law.
3. Limitation of Liability: Montana Mex is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any liability arising from participation or prize use.
4. Privacy: Information collected will be used in accordance with Montana Mex's Privacy Policy.

Modification or Cancellation
Montana Mex reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway. Updates will be posted on the Montana Mex website.
